Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations and refunds work on ShipStatic.

Last updated August 23, 2026

ShipStatic is free to use. You only pay for Pro, which adds your own domain, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the pricing page and at checkout. This policy covers those payments.

Scale is agreed with us directly under its own written agreement, and that agreement governs its billing and refunds instead of this page.

When the service starts

Immediately. A subscription is delivered the moment your payment succeeds: you can connect your custom domain straight away. There is nothing to ship, download, or wait for.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. There is no notice period, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. Cancel from either:

  • your account at my.shipstatic.com, or
  • your Link account at link.com, where subscriptions bought through Stripe are managed.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, so the rest of the month or the rest of the year, whichever term you are on. Then your account returns to Free. Your sites and their ShipStatic addresses keep working; only your own domains stop being served.

Refunds

Within 14 days of your first payment. Email hello@shipstatic.com and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

A renewal you did not want. Email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full and cancel the subscription.

If we end your subscription for any reason other than a breach of our Terms of Service, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Outside those cases, a period already served is not refunded. You keep the service until that period ends.

How a refund reaches you

Refunds go back to the original payment method and include any tax you were charged. Stripe processes them; the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Because Stripe is the merchant of record, Stripe may also issue a refund directly. You can request one through Link support, and we will honour it either way.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Paid plans are sold by Stripe as merchant of record, so Stripe applies that right to your purchase.

We do not ask you to waive it. The 14-day refund above gives the same outcome, and we apply it to every customer, wherever you are.

Prices and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars. At checkout, Stripe converts to your local currency where it can, and calculates, collects and remits any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country. Your receipt and invoice come from Stripe.

Before you dispute a charge

If a charge looks wrong, email hello@shipstatic.com first. We answer quickly, and we would rather refund you than have you spend time on a chargeback.
