What do I get for free?
Deployments, internal domains (yoursite.shipstatic.com), global edge delivery, automatic HTTPS, and full access to all interfaces - CLI, SDK, API, and Web dashboard.
When do I need to pay?
Only when you connect a custom domain. Internal domains are free forever. When you're ready to use your own domain like www.yourdomain.com, that's $4.99/month per domain.
How does per-domain pricing work?
Each custom domain you connect costs $4.99/month. One domain? $4.99. Three domains? $14.97. You only pay for the domains you use. Internal domains don't count toward this.
Are there bandwidth or traffic limits?
No. There are no bandwidth caps, no traffic metering, and no overage charges. Your sites are served from a global edge network and the price you see is the price you pay. Usage is subject to our fair use policy.
Is there a fair use policy?
Yes. We don't impose hard limits - we want you to build without worrying about numbers. If your usage places unusual pressure on our infrastructure, we'll reach out to work out a custom plan. We've never had to do this.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel anytime and your account reverts to the free plan immediately. Amounts already paid are not refunded. Your deployments and internal domains remain active.
What happens to my sites if I cancel?
Your deployments stay intact and your internal domains keep working. Only custom domains are removed when you downgrade to the free plan.
